For wedding or group styling, send the date, number of people, location and ready-by time. Ask what can be accommodated and confirm the booking terms directly; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date.
01
Work backwards from the ready-by time
Identify when the hair needs to be finished, allowing for dressing, photographs and travel. Share that finish time with the salon along with the event date. “The wedding starts at two” may not describe when styling actually needs to be complete.
For a group, list who needs which service and whether the group must be ready together. If you do not know all the styles yet, say so and provide the information you have.
02
Send one organised enquiry
Include the number of people, your preferred location and the time window available. Tell the salon about extensions, accessories or a substantial preparation step that could affect scheduling.
Ask whether the requested arrangement is offered and available. The website enquiry starts a conversation; it is not confirmation of on-location service, staffing or a reserved morning.
03
Plan the style around the whole look
Bring references showing the front, side and back of the style you like, plus a photo of your current length. Explain which detail is essential and which parts are flexible.
If you will wear a veil or accessory, ask what to bring and when. Share relevant clothing or neckline references if they help explain how you want the hair to sit.
04
Ask what a trial would cover
Discuss whether a trial is available, how it is booked and what the appointment includes. Ask how to prepare and which accessories or references to bring.
Afterwards, write down the decisions you agreed and what you want changed. If a new cut, colour or extensions are part of the plan, discuss those as separate services with their own timing.
05
Get the arrangement in writing
Before considering it booked, confirm the people, services, location, start and finish times, pricing, any deposit and the cancellation or change terms. Ask who should coordinate group questions.
For styling for one, check the live booking menu and confirm the service fits your occasion. If the timing or requirements are unusual, speak with the salon before choosing the nearest available appointment.

Common questions
Does the enquiry reserve my wedding date?
No. The salon must confirm availability, services and booking terms directly.
Can I book styling for one online?
You can view individual styling appointments in the live menu. Contact the salon if your requirements or schedule need clarification.
Your next step
Good advice. A clear next step.
Send the schedule and essential details first. Confirm the full arrangement before treating the date as reserved.
